Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to bring any baking pans or containers?

No. We provide all of your baking pans and freezer bags. All you will need to provide is a medium sized cooler to store your entrees as you assemble them.


Do you accommodate for special dietary needs?

Yes. We offer low carb, low fat, low salt and diabetic packages. We will work with you individually for any other special dietary needs.


What if I cannot make it to an assembly day?

We can assemble your entrees for an additional fee of $30.00. We do, however, encourage you to assemble your own whenever possible. The interaction with other customers during the assembly process can be great fun! Also, see our cancellation policy.


Is the menu the same every month?

No. The menu will have at least five different entrees each month. Some will be brand new. We make every effort to give you a variety with five beef, five pork, and five chicken entrees.


What if my family doesn't like peppers or onions?

That's the beauty of assembling your own entrees. If you don't like an ingredient, leave it out. But don't be afraid to try new things. It may end up becoming one of your favorites!


Do I have to participate every month?

No, but you may find that once you get used to the convenience, you won't want to skip. We have some customers who choose to join us every other month. You decide what meets the needs of you and your family.


If I don't like an entree, can I substitute it for a different one?

Unfortunately, we do not allow substitutions. The entrees must all fit within a specific price range to keep package costs consistent from month to month. We suggest that you take those "least favorite" entrees to a new mother, new neighbors, etc. Or trade with another customer.
