What do I need to cook these meals? We suggest a single serving George Foreman grill and a small crock pot. They can be purchased fairly inexpensively. You may use a microwave or stove if you prefer. The flavor of your meals will be better with the small grill and crock pot. Is there a variety of meals? Yes, we currently offer a variety of 29 different Success Plan meals from which to choose. We plan to add more choices in the near future. Do these meals take a long time to prepare? If your meal is already thawed, it could take as little as 4-5 minutes to prepare on the George Foreman grill. The soups can be quickly heated in the microwave and a crock pot meal can be ready to eat as soon as you get home. How long will these meals last? One Success plan package of 15 meals is designed to last one week. What if I like the meat but not the vegetable side dish offered? That’s the beauty of the Success Plan. If you want a different vegetable, let us know and we will make the substitution. We want you to enjoy the food you are eating! Do I have to participate every month? No, but you may find that once you get used to the convenience, you won’t want to skip. You and your physician decide what best meets your dietary needs. What if I don’t like an entree, can I substitute it for a different one? Yes, you may choose any combination of meals from 29 Success Plan options. We do limit the choices to no more that 3 of the same meal. We suggest that you try 15 different meals for the first time so that you can taste the different options available. You may end up finding a new favorite! What if I am a diabetic? The Success Plan is perfect for diabetics. There are no added sugars and the carb content fits well within diabetic guidelines without the added starches or the”bad carbs” so to speak. What if I need gluten-free meals? You will find that 17 of our Success Plan meals are naturally gluten-free and 5 more can be requested gluten-free as indicated with asterisks on the order form below. Can anyone order a Success Plan Package? Yes! The Success Plan meals are what most of us should realisticly be eating anyway. If you are unsure, please check with your physician. |
